Attendees will discuss some of the reasons that conglomerates are created and some of the analytic issues in evaluating the related credit risk. The course will also address finance subsidiaries within a conglomerate structure and some of the associated risks and benefits. Approaches to evaluating potential capital calls and group support within an organization will be highlighted. This session will include group exercises and discussions. 1.5 hrs CPE – Management Advisory Services; 1.5 hrs CE
