In the final CRMCP session, Holmes examines the U.S. bankruptcy regime as it applies to large companies, which generally means a Chapter 11 proceeding as opposed to a Chapter 7 liquidation. He goes through the various concepts of bankruptcy and the implications for recoveries by the different claimants according to their seniority and security.

Prerequisites: Two years’ experience in a credit-related function or attendance at the Fundamentals of Credit Risk Analysis seminar or eLearning program.
