The effects of Winter Storm Uri are still being felt in the energy sector. In this session, we will look at some of the lasting impacts and ongoing issues including but not limited to; How will hedging products, Force Majeure provisions, and their use in the market change in the future? What worked and what didn't? We will also look at price gouging accusations, and related litigations and investigations - Is it price gouging if an index price is used? Expected regulatory changes in ERCOT and elsewhere will be discussed as well in this session.
